Shirley became a part of the Workshop team in 2009. In her role, she efficiently manages the day-to-day operations of the office, taking charge of organizing meetings, conferences, and events for both AFW staff and the Director's schedule. Her exceptional leadership and organizational skills contribute to the overall effectiveness of the company's staff and processes.

 

With a wealth of experience in handling various administrative duties, managing Projects' Contracts, providing executive support, and handling finance and Human Resource tasks, Shirley has proven her ability to excel independently with minimal supervision. Her remarkable organizational abilities and adaptability make her well-suited for the challenges of supporting an office with a diverse workforce.

 

Given her background in architecture, Shirley possesses a profound understanding of each project's stages. This knowledge comes in handy as she oversees coordination and collaborates seamlessly with Heads of Design and Operation to achieve revenue goals by effectively managing job scheduling and meeting deadlines.

 

Before joining AFW, Shirley contributed her expertise to an Architectural firm in Jakarta, where she effectively managed the design, coordination, and administration processes for various Residential and high-end Clubhouse projects. Her previous experience has added valuable insights to her role at Workshop, making her an indispensable asset to the team.
