Patrick has over 19 years of diversified experience and has led various hospitality, commercial and residential projects in India and Vietnam ranging in size from small private projects to large-scale high-profile developments.

He is experienced in design conceptualization, design development, Design coordination with client and consultants and construction documentation.

 

Notable built projects he has handled in AFW include, Embassy Lake Terraces, Alanoville Villas, Embassy BLVD clubhouse, Embassy Pristine Clubhouse and Sports Hall

He is also the mentor for incoming Interns in the office and oversee their learning and development.

Prior to joining AFW, he has worked at Surbana Jurong Pte. Ltd. (formerly Surbana International consultants) as a technical executive and worked on residential and commercial projects in Singapore and UAE.

In 2006, he was awarded 7th place in the Architectural Board Examinations given by the Professional Regulation Commission in the Philippines.
