Brief & Vision
As part of a new township master plan to redevelop the coastal area of Binh Chau, Vietnam. Andy Fisher Workshop were invited to a master plan design competition. The master plan includes a 5 star 251 key hotel with 3 restaurants and MICE facilities, two residential tower blocks of 100 units with separate clubhouse facilities.
Conceptual Approach
The Sheraton hotel parcel is located by the beachfront, with majority of the guestrooms elevated and designed to have ocean views. The building design adopt local material and pattern within the façade design in its sense and place.
