Brief & vision

Northstar SP is a luxury residential development, sited in the historic Abids quarter of Hyderabad. Due to the complex linear form of the 2.17 acre site, the building was conceptually planned as two separate towers angled to focus views and joined at the middle. The development is predominantly planned with 4BHK units ranging between 2,800sqft to 4,000sqft.

Conceptual approach

The development is planned around the tenets of Vaastu, with its principles infused into the units and site planning. Being the tallest development in Abids with a general surrounding roof datum of 5 storeys height, all units have unbroken views across the old city towards landmarks like the Charminar. We have elevated the majority of the common spaces and amenities to the rooftop, including an infinity-edged pool and function rooms. The colours and textures of the cityscape around the development are subtlety represented in the façade and materials.
