A British national and Singapore PR, Hamish joined AFW in 2017 and holds the position of Head of Design. With over 15 years of experience doing projects in the ASEAN region, he oversees all the design efforts of the office together with Andy. Aside from this, he actively focuses on business development and office management, and he travels extensively throughout the region for various projects.

His diverse experience consists of residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects, but his speciality is complex, mixed-use developments. Some notable projects he has worked on at AFW include Embassy Zenith and Sattva Hamlet in Bangalore, Vensa One in Hyderabad, Goldfinch City in Mangalore and Son Hai Apartments Complex in Danang, Vietnam.

Prior to joining AFW, he worked at DP Architects in Singapore for 10 years, where he completed multiple projects such as The Stephen Riady Centre and Infinite Studios, and Junction City in Myanmar.

He also has a passion for teaching and acts as a mentor to young designers both in and outside the office.
